2015 Election Results

Ward 2 Reallocation

No candidate received a majority of first choices in Ward 2 so a further round of counting was necessary. Rebecca Noecker won in the final roun with a solid 53% majority of continuing ballots. The table below summarizes the reallocation process. All but the top two candidates with the most votes were defeated together in one reallocation because non received enough first chocies to overtake Tobolt even if they were the second choice of every supporter of a defeated candidate. You can find the full results here from Ramsey County Elections.
